Our stay at Carland Cross was exceptional. The owner and his son were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The baths were fantastic with jets and bubbles, and the shower was powerful. The breakfast was delicious. Despite some minor drawbacks of having to drive to find dinner options and the lack of wifi, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Modern and airy units with lovely shower, and the staff were very helpful. I really enjoyed that the food for breakfast was brilliant. The setting was perfect, really close to Truro, Newquay and Perranporth.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel, its comfortable location and amiable staff. Location: the property was not far from the Garland Cross roundabout, beyond, and Perranporth. We did not want to leave, totally recommend.

The A30 road was a delightful lullaby that sang me to sleep every night. The absence of a breakfast option allowed me to fully embrace my hunger and appreciate the exquisite culinary wonders of a one horse town over a mile away.

Who needs a functioning key to their room? Such trivial matters only detract from the exhilarating experience of feeling unsafe and uncomfortable.

had a fantastic stay on a business trip, will certainly stay here again. everything was 10/10, magnificent location easy to get to local tourist destinations, the staff were fantastic. the room was airy and new-fashioned, plus the bed was exceptionally comfortable. location: the hotel was near the garland cross roundabout, and truro, newquay, perranporth and beyond. also, it was 10 min drive from mine.

Loved the fact that I could hear cars zooming past on the A30 all night long, it was like having a front row seat at a race track! Great for adrenaline junkies like me.

The staff are really helpful and fantastic, and the owner too. It offers terrific service. Overall exceptionally clean facilities, there's free parking. The setting is ideal, near Newquay and St Austell, good area.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large TV and a great monsoon shower. The friendly host went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay and even drove us to the bus stop on our last day. We also appreciated the power shower and the fact that the heating was turned on for us in the morning.

The bathrooms could use a small spruce up, although they were clean. the location was quite remote, with no shops or amenities nearby.

We stayed at Carland Cross Bed & Breakfast and had a lovely stay. The owner and owner's son were very friendly and attentive. We had a great stay at this B&B in Newquay. The owner and hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a luxurious shower that had built-in lighting and music. The daily cleaning service and fresh towels were a nice touch. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to Newquay and the attractions in Cornwall. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Carland Cross to others.

The family-owned B&B was nicely renovated and well-furnished, with a superb breakfast. It was strategically located just off a major roundabout, making it an ideal hub to explore most tourist attractions in the surrounding area.

The unfortunate downside was that one of the rooms had no windows, only a hole in the ceiling covered with glass. The shared bathroom had no toiletries.

I recently stayed at this luxurious four-star hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations! The location of this place is perfect for exploring different areas as it's easily accessible from the A30. It's also great to have the convenience of a 24-hour service station nearby. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing me to bring my road bike inside for safekeeping. The room was absolutely lovely, with a comfy bed and all the amenities one could ask for, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The housekeeping service was exceptional, providing fresh towels daily and ensuring everything was spotless. The garden area was also a nice touch, providing a peaceful spot to relax in. I will definitely be spreading the word about this fantastic hotel and I can't wait to come back again!
